About This Item
Edgar Wallace Society, 1970 This rare limited edition of 300 copies was printed in America in 1970 for the Edgar Wallace Society. Considering its age it looks unread and almost new. Edgar Wallace's first book has an exclusive introduction by his daughter, Penelope. It contains his first published item, 'A Tommy's Welcome.' What makes this copy even rarer and more desirable is the loose laid insert from Luther Norris announcing the Wallace publication on one side, and of the August Derleth 'The Pontine Dossier' on the reverse. For Wallace fans and Derleth's this is surely a great bonus. Devotees of both writers - and of Derleth's alter ego, Solar Pons - will want this for their collection. The 36 pages are bound with a stiff cover. Language: eng. Limited Edition.. Soft cover. Fine.
