Otherwise, rear cover with spotting, boards lightly edgeworn, solid hinges, paper toned along top edge, pages clean and unmarked (apart from scattered ownership stamps). .

Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
