London: Souvenir Press, 1966. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Green boards with gilt lettering to the spine. Spine ends a touch sunned and a light bump to the head of the spine, rear board with a few light spots, but overall a clean and tight copy in a price clipped dust jacket with light nicks in the corners and a couple of small nicks at the spine ends.
