Pp 267 illustrated in colour and b&w throughout with a number of tipped-in colour plates and a large foldout. Black cloth boards stamped in gilt on the spine and upper panel. A clean unmarked copy in a tight binding and unclipped dust jacket. The dust jacket is a little rubbed at the edges and shows wear at the head and tail of the spine.
