Stated first edition, 1964, hardcover with gilt stamped black cloth boards in dust jacket, octavo, 194pp., sparsely illustrated in b&w, with Playbill for the show laid in. Book VG+ with rubbing and mild edgewear to boards, binding tight, endpapers off-set, text clean and unmarked. DJ VG with edgewear that includes a few small tears and chips, toning and foxing, now in archival mylar wrap. Playbill near fine.
