C. Michael. Collated, complete.Described in a contemporary newspaper review as 'a very exciting and cleverly constructed romance', Haggard's novel is set some time after the expulsion of the Hyksos from Egypt, around 1500-1200 BCE. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, excellent. A touch of fading to back strip, with light shelf wear to back strip tail. Light spotting to fore edge of text block. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright, with light spotting throughout. Very Good Indeed
