London:: Collins,, 1957.. First edition.. Hardcover. Very Good. 384pp, illustrated with photographs. Contents clean and fresh. In the original black cloth-textured binding, spine titled in green: firm and clean, corners sharp, with a few faint marks. Top edges of boards indented where knocked, and head of spine slightly compressed; 2mm snag to head of upper joint. A very good copy, with a little wear to the boards.
