(xx), 266, (2) pp. Publisher's green buckram, gilt lettered to the spine, early ownership inscription to the front free endpaper, dust jacket, not price clipped. 32 coloured and 24 black and white plates plus 12 maps. Some wear and tear to the edges of the jacket with a few subtle tissue repairs on the verso, some light spotting to the endpapers, else a decent copy. New Naturalist series no. 30.

We exhibit at bookfairs in the UK and North America and issue regular printed catalogues. Located in the beautiful county town of Lewes in the south-east of England, we are open six days a week.
