About This Item

London: Allen & Unwin, 1955. Oversized hardcover with unclipped dust jacket, 222 pages including drawings, plus black-and-white photographs; just a hint of shelf wear to cover edges, very gently read, very clean and unmarked, but sadly there is a slight but noticeable horizontal bow to the book due to poor storage, otherwise near fine condition ; DJ rubbed, but no chips or tears. See also our listing for The Vertical World of Yosemite: A Collection of Writings and Photographs on Rock Climbing in Yosemite.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good.
