This copy is nicely inscribed to fellow Texas author Neal Barrett, Jr.: "for Neal, your work has made me laugh plenty. Now it's my turn! Lyn. Carolyn Banks."

Provenance: From the collection of book collector Tom Garner, who was a close friend of Barrett's and to whom Barrett's novel Interstate Dreams is dedicated.
