New Haven: Yale University Press, 1955. (USA) 3rd printing, 1955; the book first appeared in 1954. No markings, Near Fine; lacking the dust jacket. Umber cloth with gold spine titles, xxx, 889pp, frontis portrait. This is a reduced facsmile edition of Shakespeare;s Works, more commonly known as the First Folio. For sake of convenient handing, the size of the original type has here been reduced by approximately one-fifth. Stains on the original copy have been removed in this facsimile to ensure readability, but no other re-touching has been undertken. The facsimile edition has two paginations: the original numbering at the top of the page and now, a contonuous pagination supplied by the editor at the foot of the page. A heavy book. Postage is $6.99 US, media mail for the first book the US weighing up to 2 pounds; $3.00 for each additional book for shipping by media mail to the US for books weighing up to 2 pounds. Books weighing more than 2 pounds, and priority shipping will be quoted. We are glad to quote delivery cost to international buyers. Books are carefully wrapped and shipped in corrugated cardboard cartons. Books are returnable for a full refund if the book is not as described.
