Pittsburgh: Carnegie Mellon University Press, 1983. First edition. Black cloth in dust jacket; 8vo. 77 pp. First printing in the simultaneously issued hardcover edition of the poet's second regularly published book, her third would go on to win a Pulitzer prize. This copy briefly inscribed on the title page by the poet and signed in full by her. A very good copy, light wear to ends, the top edge foxed with trace foxing on the endpapers in a near fine dust jacket with light foxing on the verso. (In removable archival jacket protector.).
