A. And C. Black, 1921. Hardback. Very Good. William Gibb. Hardback reprint, 1921, with no jacket. Ex library book rebound into library binding - buckram boards with leather spine - only a coupe of the usual stamps and markings, no pages removed. In overall very good used condition with only minor signs of age, handling and storage - boards slightly marked. Binding tight and appears little read. Internally clean, no annotation or inscriptions; toning to page-ends but text and 48 charming illustrations bright and clear throughout. This book is both large and heavy (nearly 3kg packaged). Photographs available.

Glossary
Some terminology that may be used in this description includes:
- Jacket
- Sometimes used as another term for dust jacket, a protective and often decorative wrapper, usually made of paper which wraps...
