Bound handsomely in blue, heavy, almost sailcloth, with bright and distinct gilt lettering and designs (muzzle flashes) to front cover. Bright and shiny dust jacket, illustrated, moderately worn panels, chipping along top edge, spine head, protected by a plastic coat. Volume contains scholarly apparatus in the form of, e.g., notes, index, and bibliography. xvi [1], 2-823 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards.
