About This Item
NY: M. S. Mill/Morrow, 1950. First Edition . Hardcover. Dust Jacket Included. First edition of the author's first book, very good+ in a very good dust jacket. The jacket was in an old "protector" with black edges, and the jacket flaps were taped at tips. A little offsetting on the endpaper edges from the jacket protector, and a small stain to the foredge of the pages. No tape residue is evident on outside of boards, but a small area of tape remains on the pastedowns. Other than small pieces of tape at the top and bottom of each flap, and tears at the top and bottom edges of the rear flap, the red jacket is fairly bright and clean. A pretty nice copy of this mystery debut.
