Deluxe edition (hardback), limited to 250 numbered copies (this is copy number 146). 8vo (26cm by 20cm), xviii, 341pp. 4 colour plates, 29 half-tone plates. Original red cloth, gilt titling to the front board and the spine, top edge gilt, dustwrapper. Light foxing to the endpapers, heraldic bookplate to the front pastedown, else the book is in very good condition. The dustwrapper is in good to very good condition (light rubbing of the spine panel, light chafing of the top edge).
