Good/Good. 257 pages, with index, illustrated with two double-sided plates of photographs and documents. 8vo, black boards with gilt lettering on spine, slight vertical stain from edges of DJ flaps on end-papers, corners sharp, minor foxing to edges, edges and page margins age-toned, in unclipped DJ that looks great from the outside, has tan damp-stain on the inside at bottom. Approximately half the pages have underscoring and/or margin brackets, and a couple of instances of marginalia, written by previous owners.
