London: J.M. Dent & Sons Ltd., 1923. First edition, in two volumes. Octavo, maroon cloth, pp. xi, 400; viii, 452; illustrations, including a plate reproducing a relief of William Morris by J. Pittendreigh MacGillivray. Includes a chapter on William Morris [10]pp., and a chapter entitled, "Ruskin and the Political Economy of Art" [8]pp. James Mavor exchanged a considerable amount of correspondence with William Morris. Endpapers darkened, gilt lettering on spine dull but ledgible, else a very good set. No dust jackets. May require additional postage..
