Severe tear to spine cloth resulting in detachment of cloth from front lower hinge, remains attached. Pages are mildly tanned throughout. Text is clear. Minor dog-eared corners. Binding remains firm. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Noticeable dark staining to front board. Visible splits causing fraying to cloth at spine ends.
