Mysterium Crucis was best-selling first novel (1902) of German Catholic novelist Felix Nabor, pseudonym of Karl Allmendinger, an historical novel set during the time of Emperor Nero. Nabor later wrote antisemitic and pro-Nazi works during the 1930s. This is an uncommon post-war Slovak edition, printed in Czecho-Slovakia one year before the Communist take-over. ; 569, (2) pages .
