Light grey buckram (cloth) boards, red metallic cover emblem and spine titles, light shelf wear. Beautiful frontispiece portrait interestingly can be said artisticly reminiscient of the discovered shroud: "Head of Christ, By Toussaint Dubreuil (1561-1602) Ecole Francais". Pages very good, clean; some w/neat light yellow accenting. Each chapter begins with charming symbolical vignette. Attractive vintage inscription at fron endpaper: "To my Grandson, Mike, With Love, Grandmother Nora". Bind fine, square; hinges intact. Scarce original wrapper in beige w/red cover titles and emblem, spine titles, moderate edge wear, chip, rub, discoloration; protected in new clear sleeve. Front and back flaps features summary and brief rich bio of Manly Hall; back panel with summary and contents for "Old Testament Wisdom". Near fine scarcity in near very good wrapper. Table of Contents: "The Path of Faith; The Social Mysticism of the Essenes; Jesus, The Son of Man; The Ministry of Jesus; The Miracles of Jesus; The Lord's Prayer; The Beatitudes; The Divine Tragedy; Christ, The Son of God; and, Christ In You, The Hope of Glory."
