Octovo hardcover, Signed on half-title, 'reprinted 1936' same year as first published, very tight spine/binding, clean unfoxed pages, covers unworn save for crease, endpapers faintly toned, tiny name embossment, else NFINE in bright intact DJ, tiny chips at spine tips, else VG to VG++ (see pics) . Illustrations by Bip Pares. All 27 illustrations with tissue guards are present. Extraordinary mountineerig adventure by the author; after two years in the wilderness choosing a different route and scaling the Nandi Devi. Scarce volume signed with bright DJ. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
