Frontispiec illustrated with a B&W portrait photograph dated 1870. Also a full page plate of Architectural Design for Lancing Chapel. In handsome Black Half Leather Presentaion Binding with Silver Heraldic design to front and corresponding presentation label, dated 1928, pasted on Endpaper. Faded silver lettering to spine. Top page edges Gilt. 8 1/2" Tall. Some edge wear, mainly at top of spine. Size: 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall
