Cambridge, MA: Museum of Comparative Zoölogy, 1949. Octavo (23.5cm); pale gray wrappers, with titles printed in black on front cover; [477]-542, plus [40]pp section containing nine plates and explanatory notes. Light wear to extremities, 1.5cm tear at crown, with light, scattered soil to wrappers, and a medium-sized stain to rear wrapper, briefly affecting terminal (blank) leaf; clean throughout; Very Good+. Scholarly article on the butterfly genus Lycaeides Hübner, occupying the entire issue of the Bulletin of the Museum of Comparative Zoölogy at Harvard College (Vol.101, No.4 - February, 1949). Scarce; we find no examples for sale in the trade or in the auction record, with OCLC locating 29 copies, of these, 17 in US institutions. APG 013a.
