VG+/VG-. 14.5 Cm x 22 Cm. xvi+144; previous owner's somewhat faint but flourishing signature stamp across top front endpaper, otherwise near pristine in clean bright unworn covers; unclipped jacket clean but slightly surface rubbed and small chip across top spine. Covers economic issues, education, training and 'the negro soldier' (Ginzberg was to publish his 3 volume 'The Ineffective Soldier' in 1959).
