Boston: Congregational Board of Publication, 1855. Sixth edition. Hardcover. Good. Octavo. [1], xxii, [1], 515 pages, [1]. Two engraved frontispieces. Dark cloth hardcover with title on the spine. Cloth is chipped head of the spine. Light to moderate toning to the end papers. Front hinge intact but starting to pull. Contents slightly shaken with cords visible in a few spots. No loose pages. Some pencil notes on the front end sheets. Previous owner name on the front paste down. First appearence in 1669. The sixth edition was copyrighted in 1854.
