Review Copy, with publisher's review slip laid in. Book is Near Fine, one corner bumped, in a Very Good dust jacket, with several edge tears and chips. Laid in is a 24 page Proofsheet pamphlet by Birren titled "Functional Color for Better Work Production and Safety" from a talk delivered for the U.S. Dept. of State at the First World Congress on the Prevention of Occupational Accidents, Rome, Italy, April 2-6. 1955 , Very Good, bottom corner creasing Faber Birren was a prolific author on color's effects on human behavior, and consultant to many major companies over 50+ years. Books SIGNED AND INSCRIBED by him are SCARCE. . SIGNED AND INSCRIBED BY AUTHOR. First Edition. Cloth. Near Fine/Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Review Copy.
