London: Collins, 1960. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 8vo. pp. xii, 260, with 53 colour plates by S. Beaufoy, 16 photographs in black and white, 200 maps and diagrams with key to larvae by A. E. Gardner. Original dust jacket very good, not price-clipped, ex. library with tape residue to the base of the spine, clean and bright, now protected in a loose-fitting clear archival sleeve. Green Buckram binding clean and bright, unfaded. Contents clean and tight, with tape residue lines and remains of lib. tickets, clean stamp to the title page, stamps to the imprint page, no fading, no inscriptions or other marks. A very good library copy [Referenced by "Collecting the New Naturalists" - NN41A].
