Original card wrappers very good with minimal wear, no fading, spine not creased. Contents clean and tight, no inscriptions, small posthumous bookplate from the library of John Mitchell tipped onto the front pastedown, paper crisp. A near fine copy of the paperback edition. Scarce. [Mitchell, author, ornithologist and naturalist was an authority on Loch Lomonside - he wrote New Naturalist No. 88 Loch Lomondside.].
