New South Wales Parliamentary Paper Number 289 of 1881; 34 pages of opinion (under questioning) from 15 qualified medical practitioners, plus 19 pages of appendices (drawn mainly from overseas experience, with some local content). Same questions, different disease - small-pox in this instance.
