Part 1. Water Birds and Game Birds, 501 pp., 42 plates. Part 2. Land Birds, 719 pp., 106 plates. Text clean and unmarked except for usual library treatments. Illustrated with color plates. Green cloth boards lettered in gilt at spine, boards lightly scuffed, edges rubbed, corners bumped and worn to boards, spine top s and tail starting to fray. Hinges mobile, back hinge of Part 1 cracked, but holding. Textblocks intact and stable.
