Very well illustrated throughout with very good black and white photographic plates and drawings. At the rear is an excellent multi-folding plate showing a cut-away view of The Cock O' The North. This is an excellent study of the outstanding contribution to a locomotive design made by Nigel Gresley. The front end paper has been neatly replaced and the top of the text block shows some signs of foxing. In original dark blue buckram gilt hard cover binding. Very Good+ in Very Good+ most attractive pictorial price-clipped dust wrapper. A substantial book. WILL REQUIRE EXTRA POSTAGE OUTSIDE UK.
