Garden City, NY: Doubleday, 1984. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Fine/Fine. 8vo., 227pp. Beautiful First Edition. Bound in quarter brown cloth over black paper-covered boards. Titles in gilt on spine. Square, tight and clean throughout with little or no wear. Very attractive unclipped wrapper, ($14.95), has a touch of wear at the spine ends and tips but quite minor. Still fresh and bright with no creases, chipping, toning or tears. Signed by the author on the title page. A very pretty collectable copy.
Synopsis
Night of the Ripper is a novel written by American writer Robert Bloch, the author of Psycho. The story is set during the reign of Queen Victoria and follows the investigation of Inspector Abberline and includes some famous Victorians within the storyline.
