About This Item
New Bedford: Reynolds Dewalt, 1968. 1st Edition NAP . Hardcover. Near Fine/No Jacket. One of the stranger items in our inventory. . .A handsome hardcover presumably reprints from Roy's column writing for an upper east coast paper. One of the subjects of the writing is the self-proclaimed Chief Burning Wood (Austin Burton, sometime political candidate) and he, Burton has inscribed this copy to Idaho senator Frank Church, and underlined a relevant 2 word portion. Book straight and otherwise newish in all respects. Laid loosely in is what appears to be an actual fotocopy of Wall St Journal writing regarding Burton's electioneering in 68 and 72. *We feel that books offered for internet sale should be described thoroughly and accurately. Books listed by Brass Dolphin are so described, and graded, using the strict, traditional standards. For this reason, we have virtually zero returns.*
