Accompanying the book is an article written by this cataloguer in his previous life as a reporter for the Ottawa Citizen, in which Burke talks about being asked to inscribe the book to Clinton - which, mysteriously, never made it to The Bill but ended up in a remainder stack. The article ran in the Jan. 23, 2005 edition of the Ottawa Citizen. Only flaw is a one-inch long remainder mark along the top of the text block, else fine. Protected in a Brodart cover.
