New York: George Braziller, 1964. First Edition . Small Oblong Cloth in Slipcase. SIGNED BY WENDELL BERRY AND BEN SHAHN on the last page. A beautiful book illustrated with 12 full page line and wash drawings and one tipped in color plate by Shahn who also did the distinct lettering.,and who also wrote a short preface. Printed at The Meriden Gravure Company on Italian handmade Fabriano paper. A poem written in the wake of the Kennedy assassination. Fine in fine black cloth slipcase which has some minor sun fading.
