Bevelled boards with attractive illustrations upon front and spine. Maroon endpapers. Lovely black and white illustrations throughout. Text in German. Prior owner's name and date (1911) atop front free endpaper. Appears to be a first edition but we are not certain of this so please ask for more information if this important to you. Name neatly written atop ornate title page. Some yellowing at edges. Crease and tiny tears to bottom corner of page 31. An excellent copy of this beautiful work..
