Black cloth, gilt image of bust of Webster front and rear covers, 8vo., 86 pp. Discard of State Historical Society of Wisconsin stamped on ffep, owners name ffep. Tape repair to ffep. Minor foxing to text. Wear to top corners of covers, top of spine chipped with 1/4" loss. "Delivered in the Senate and in the House of Representatives of the United States, Fourteenth and Fifteenth December, 1852". Book condition Good.
