Large octavo. Original cream card wraps with red and black. Covers a bit grubby, bottom corner creased, spine darkened and starting to separate at top joint, interior clean and unmarked. Entirely in Portuguese. Casimiro José Marques de Abreu (January 4, 1839 October 18, 1860) was a Brazilian poet, novelist and playwright, adept of the "Ultra-Romanticism" movement. He is famous for the poem "Meus oito anos"; Colecao De Textos Da Lingua Portuguesa Moderna; Vol. 1; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 455 pages .
