New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1932. First Edition. First printing. Octavo (20cm). Green cloth titled on blue paper labels to front and spine, with yellow dust jacket; [viii],229,[3]pp. Gentle forward roll, fading to spine and board edges, internally clean: Very Good. Jacket price-clipped as usual, spine-sunned, lightly rubbed, slight spotting to front panel, else Very Good.
First trade edition (a signed limited issue was released simultaneously). Knopf changed the price for the first edition shortly before publication, and all copies of the dust jacket were price-clipped by the publisher (Crane p.170).
