D. Wilson and T. Durham, London, 1753. First Edition. Hardback. Very Good/No Jacket. First Edition 1753. 8vo. Contemporary calf, red morocco lettering piece to the spine, covers lightly rubbed. Text with very light odd marking but generally very clean. Complete with all 42 plates also in excellent condition. Bound with no blanks front or rear. Upper hinge cracked and holding by the cords. This copy has the additional section from the second edition bound in at the end collates : vii [1] 236pp [3] 42 plates [4] (title & Dedication to "Observations" the additions made to the second edition) 41pp. More photos available on requestProvenance: J.
