Printed for Jacob Tonson at the Judges Head in Chancery Lane and Awnsham Churchil, at the Black Swan in pater Noster Row, 1693 The sixth edition, corrected and augmented in contemporary mottled calf, blind stamped covers and four raised bands. Bookplate of John Thomas Brooks, Esq. There is evidence of a later bookplate that was removed, a previous owner's signature on a blank page, and a piece of the last page has a large chip in the margin-no where near the text. Front board is detached but present. A nice clean copy.
