Acknowledgements by authors, bibliography and index. Between pages 208 and 209 there are 16 pages of black and white photography. 1/4 yellow coloured cloth covered backstrip with black and yellow coloured titles. 3/4 black coloured boards. Colour photographic dustwrapper (wraparound) with yellow, pink and white coloured titles to the front panel and yellow and white coloured titles to the backstrip. Black-and-white photographs of the authors to the rear fold over panel. Calvin Klein is a very recognisable name in the fashion world. He, at the time of writing of the book, had for 25 years been a trendsetter in the fashion world. But, his private life was not so well-known, and, in this book the authors go behind the fashion scenes to see how a boy from a modest background in the Bronx became a worldwide name; investigating his friends, his obsessions, bouts of drug dependency and alcohol dependency and fluid sexuality. Rubbing and a little softening of the backstrip edges and rubbing of the book corners. Age toning of the text block edges and pages with fine foxing to the text block edges. Offset tanning and fine foxing to the end pages. Rubbing of the dustwrapper edges and panels. Fading of the backstrip and there is browning of the top edges of the fold over panels with foxing of the verso.
