Light soiling to boards, and corners worn. Hinges are reinforced. Small amount of margin notes, but overall text is clean. A few pages of the statistical tables appear to have been trimmed so small amounts of text are lost. 177, 158, 167, 142 pages. Statistics, biographical sketches, reports.
