Complete facsimile of the original with translation, Essay, and Notes. Portrait frontispiece. With an original photograph of Browning mounted on a flyleaf. Bound in full blue crushed morocco with marbled endpapers, a.e.g., the spine with gilt titles and panel ornaments, the covers with two sets of double fillet frames with small corner pieces. Typed letter signed by William Lyon Phelps, Professor of English Literature at Yale University tipped in on flyleaf. Letter to a Mrs. Freeman, October 28. 1908.
