n.p.: The Bird & Bull Press, 1967. Limited edition. Hardcover. Fine. 8vo. 121pp. Quarter morocco, gilt spine title, decorated paper boards by Sangorski & Sutcliffe. Finely printed on Green's hand-made 'Bird & Bull' paper. Bound in are paper samples made at the press and at other places, as well as a tribute to Dard Hunter printed on his own paper made ca. 1930. Also laid in is a large sample of paper from the De Schoolmeester mill in Holland. A double sheet of old watermark designs shows those designs in deep embossing for easy identification. One of 500 numbered copies. This is number 216. In fine condition.
