The catalogue was edited by Hope Mayo. Profusely illlustrated in black and white with thirty two plates in color. One of 1500 copies. Designed by Jerry Kelly and printed at the Stinehour Press. Profusely illustrated in black and white and color. Cloth bound with a leather spine label and housed in a fabric and paper covered slipcase. Fine in a fine slipcase, with a tiny mark on the slipcase.
