A compendium of Afrikaans Folk Dances with music, instructions and lyrics (where appropriate). The book draws from: RDB-Volkspeelhandleiding van A M Kohler (1941), Nuwe Volkspele due Hester Morrison (Mev W van Huysteen) met musiek en liedjies (grondgedigte) van M L de Villiers (1942), Nuwe Spele - Tweede Amptelike Volkspelehandleiding (1945), Volkspele uit Sonnige Suid-Afrika (1953) and others. A much worn, creased and faded cover that is stoic and firm. The binding is healthy. Inside, there are some scattered annotations. The pages are tight, sure, clear, amiable and cheerful. fk.
