Folding map of Cairo (Le Caire, Masr el-Kahira) (originally engraved and printed by Wagner & Debes, Leipzig). at back of book (now detached from binding). 1911 title page date, edition unknown. Binding solid. Blue cloth cover faded, lightly scuffed, and discolored, relatively clean. Gilt lettering bright and intact. Top edge gilt moderately rubbed. Flypages moderately foxed. Light scattered foxing appears on some interior pages. Illustrations are bright, clean and free of foxing. Previous owner's gift notation written on front endpaper. Otherwise unmarked. Map of Cairo is crisp, clean, intact. A Good book, interesting photos and map of the period; jacket absent. .
