Done up nicely by the publisher in maroon cloth with spine lettering gilt, quarto, pp. 165 + [1] + colophon. Dust jacket nicked at top edge of rear panel near spine and with some shelf creasing. Jacket now protected from further wear by a new sheet of removable archival Brodart.
